Juanita Caseley

Breast Clinical Nurse Specialist

Juanita joined Guys’ & St Thomas’ hospital in 1994. She completed her Nursing degree at London South Bank University and has been working within Breast Oncology since 2003 when she joined the Hedley Atkins breast unit at Guys Hospital which specialised in the care of patients undergoing medical & surgical oncology treatment for breast cancer.

In 2007 she took up the post of Breast care Nurse at the charity Breast Cancer Care & worked with the clinical team supporting their national helpline & ‘ask the nurse’ email service before returning to Guys Hospital as a Clinical nurse Specialist in Breast Care in 2008. In this role, she worked as part of a dedicated team of CNS’s supporting patients throughout their surgical, oncological & palliative care treatment.

Juanita joined GenesisCare Maidstone in 2016 & is currently a Macmillan Clinical Nurse Specialist in Breast Care. In her current role, Juanita provides information & support to all breast patients throughout their chemotherapy, radiotherapy & long term treatment follow up.

She also supports the Breast Diagnostic Service & One stop Breast Clinics. <p><p>Education and training: ;
